"Small Miracles" Finalist in Roy W. Dean Grant

What an honor to have a film mentor who you really respect, respond to your work with "You're incredibly talented", made all my hard work seem justified. After a short funding campaign I launched early this year before the pandemic hit and changed all our lives, my film was transferred from the original 16mm film negativee to HD. This allowed me to see what the quality of the film is and the additional footage I found, not edited into the picture. Since being in quarantine the past few months, I was able to re-edit the film and add the additional footage, as well as write some poetic voice over which narrates the story. I was able to submit the film with a running time of almost forty minutes, to the Fall Roy W. Dean Grant. With great pleasure, I am so thrilled to announce my project "Small Miracles: Mary's Story" as one of five finalists.
